The two I run into a lot, are:
1. "DETACHED" then you pull up to an attached Row-home or Twin-home. Then you call the agent to explain how pissed your buyer is and they say "well, it's so much like a house I didn't want it to be over looked in the attached categories."
2. "Ocean Views" The you get there and there's a step stool in the bathtub so you can look out the vent window to glimpse past the neighbors chimney (who has the actual view) and on a clear day you can see a 3" patch of blue.
