TOO MUCH ! OK, as a Lender I would prefer everyone did a mortgage and did it with me. I have noticed more of my Realtors saying they have seen an uptick in "cash buyer" transactions.
We've discussed it and decided more folks with funds have sold out of the stock market with this year's losses and are investing those funds in real estate instead. Hopefully, they will see a better ROI with the real estate.

Less than 1%.
The majority of my transactions are cash.
About 25% most years.
That's a high number! I don't know that I see more than one cash buyer a year and some years none.
Current market, about 75%! Normally, under 50%!
About 505 of my buyers are all cash, love them!!!
Not enough !
My number mirror that of the county.
Approximately 60% of buyers are paying cash driven by 401K withdrawals and foreign buyers.
A mortgage broker with whom I chatted recently was encouraged at the values and volume of sales in Pinellas County. Set up shop here. Then the reality of 60% cash sales compelled frantic restructuring.
Currently, less than 50%.
Investors - 100% Cash. Others - 100% financing.
Good morning Hella. Fortunately for me I would never really know, have refinanced many that have paid cash for the property they purchased.
I will get about 10 to 12 a year. I like the ones who pay with cash.
Right now about half.
for me it is now about 25%, it has been higher, but rates are too low to want to not use the banks money
I am currently at 50% cash buyers. I don't think that will continue.
Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor® not so lucky.....though still work with buyers with good money ....
Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor® Cash buyers are everywhere.
I haven't had a cash buyer for a long time. Any buyers who is willing/able/ready is a perfect client for me.
10% if I am lucky
I don't track this metric.
Most of them...cash buyers are very common here and in our state, the last stats I heard were over 50% of all sales were cash.
about 15% of them
Around 5%. The vast majority need high LTV financing.
Near 25% for me.
25-40% I'd guess. But I represent investors too, so that percentage is nearer 80% when you take out buyers of my listings.
All of them, yet only one has ever actually paid in cash.
some of the low priced fixer-uppers are cash deals, but most are financed purchases.
80%. Very few loans other than seller-financed.
A very high percentage; maybe as high as 90%
Not that many, maybe 25%.
A lot since last year may be 3/4?
Cash is king again with the Trid.
Many large estates in SF Bay area are all cash also. 7 day closing or shorter. No contingency.
75% for me
75% for us, in our niche Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor®.
Only 10% in the last 6 months.
Typically 25-30% but it's been as much at 50% in one year
