I used to do electronic and went back to paper, because I found people responded better to paper and our discussions end up being more in-depth.

Actually both - prepared electonically and presented in paper.  When we sit down with clients, we want to be able to go over each page and each paragraph so that they understand what the document is, since they are initialing or signing.  And I think we would do this with any client, not just older clients that we deal with primarily Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers

Paper, 100%.  There is something psychological about having something in your hand.  Signing something physically.  Plus, it keeps the presentation streamlined.  No 80 page RPR reports printed.

I prefer to present comps and a listing presentation on paper so I can go through it, mark it up, and leave it. I hate having to write up offers or deal with contract items on paper. I try to have everything esigned, and then it is also stored so I don't have a paper file.

I find paper allows both sellers to hold the paper so they can read it best and one party may spend time on one sheet than the other does. It gives them control instead of me controlling their attention.

I like paper because I think there is something good about touching something.. It's like a book vs nook. When I read a book I know what page I'm on and know the name of the book not same with my nook .

Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers - Well, I provide finished valuation and property tax policy work to clients via e-mail and other electronic delivery - like an upload to their File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server. I encourage clients to distribute my report or finished work to others electronically, that's up to them.  Fax distribution is very rare as is hardcopy paper delivery.

I prefer electronic.

The viewer has a different preference.

When given a choice, no one. not even one, has pointed to my electronics to see my 'knock your socks off, professionally produced' power point.

But if an agent is working in a 'one size fits all' enterprise, they won't be allowed to go off script.
