Hi followupboss.com you can search for my testimonial on Active Rain. Their automated text system has made me more $ than I can tell you. You can't always speed to lead when you are busy selling. It's impossible. You need to be able to have some of it automated in a high end professional manner.

Well the key to the expense is whether or not you use it. I go through periods where I am intensively engaged with it, and other times its on autopilot.
I use ixactcontact because I like the user interface, my contacts are always on the left pane regardless of where I am at in the CRM (this was exactly why I didn't select TP). They also have some canned newsletters and while they aren't perfect its alot better than trying to curate them on my own. They are $35/mo and if you purchase an annual term you get 10% off. You also can try it out 5 weeks for free. (if you do end up trying it and liking it, let me know - mention my name and you will get a discount (and so will I :-)

I too use Top Producer, but many have brought up Realty Juggler, which is much less expensive and I don't use everything TP offers anyway.

The management system that I use is pertinent to the home inspection industry.

It'sprovided by my brokerage and yes it's very effective. I can just let it churn the standard content provided or design my own, which is my preferred style.

I have a charts that I set up in Word. One for prospects, one for active buyers and one for listings. It works for me. And the price is right.

Exactly what Andy Madrid said...I use ixactcontact after trying a number of others. This is the one that stuck - I actually use it.

Ginger,
if you want to keep doing what you are doing, then I would recommend WiseAgent. $30 something monthly.
However, if you understand, doing what you are currently doing is going to leave you high in dry in the foreseeable future, I would recommend SugarCRM.
