Weather at my end of the world really doesn't impact sales all that much unless we have a freak snow fall or buckets of rain.

Activity is up but I don't think it is weather dependent.

The people are out there showing my listings but haven't had any reasonable offers. Shoppers ....

Our sales in Denver have been FIERCE since early January, and hoping as spring nears we see more listings SOON!

we've had a very profitable winter this year, and that would be a big bonus to have spring improve too...

Here we are not affected by a change in the weather, though I am seeing more people on vacation in February, that I thought might have been here in January - snowbirds are here, and vacationers are now here.  That should affect sales TeamCHI - Complete Home Inspections, Inc. 

I think for us it's more the holidays slowing down a bit noticed gradual increase in activity since February 1

We really did not have a winter with the exception of a couple of weeks of cold and minor snow so we stayed busy all winter

Whether the weather is favorable or not, business can happen.  Attitude and aptitude matter.
