I have used many of them over the years, it is more about how you use it than what brand you use.
I have a Samsung Galaxy 5, and thinking of upgrading to the 6.

I'm very happy with the Google/Android phone platform. Real estate apps work fine on them.
It all depends on your ecosystem at the home/office. If you use mostly apple products, I'd get an iPhone. If you use Gmail and windows machines, I'd recommend a Google phone.
I've had four Android phones (from Samsung, HTC, Motorola,...), currently on the Nexus 6p. Couldn't be happier. All reliable phones. Android phones tend to be a little cheaper to purchase than apple phones and they tend to allow you to expand, apple does not.
iphone 6+ you use it as a Supra also.
I get orders that is blasted first guy accepts the text gets the job.
I've had an IPhone but now I have a Samsung, which I think is easier to use and manage, plus it costs less.
