I do not but see many people that do. It is a little like McDonald's having on the coffee cups to use caution, the contents are hot. It is a little obvious nad people don't use their heads anymore.

I used to on my old site. I don't any more. Was never looked at in the better part of a decade. No real desire to put one up. Not required to have one to the best of my knowledge.

No, since I'm updating mine and it is not much functional now, but always every listing and report if you open it, has an automatic mls disclaimer.

Yes, we have both privacy policy and a disclaimer pages on our websites. If you plan to ever do google adwords, their TOS states you must have these disclosures.
While it is not the law to have one in the U.S. it is the CanSPAM law wher you must disclose how to opt out of email.
I am not an attorney and I don't play one on TV.
That being said, it is best practices to have a privacy policy on your website.

Privacy policy, no.
Disclaimer, yes: "Real estate transactions have important legal consequences and the parties involved should consult legal and tax or other counsel before signing contracts."
I also have no MLS integration at this time, so not subject to those privacy and disclaimer requirements.
