We have written many posts about that subject. Good marketing is based on both psychographics and demographics. It should be weighed more towards psychographics, because each marketplace is so unique. In our SB population which includes the smaller cities, we have distinct psychographics, What works in one community is thought of as pretentious and showy. One of our wealthiest communities is the complete opposite of that...It really has to be studied. A
