Yes it is used in Feng Shui in determining if the house falls in to the right perimeters exhibiting good Feng Shui  characteristics.

According to the modern Koreans they claim they invented Pagua along with acupuncture, Feng Shui.... Left is South Korean flag with Pa Gua symbols. The Chinese liberals tolerate the claims. The conservatives have a cow!
