I have the standard broker one, but have my own that I had web developers put together.

Every agent has their own site under the broker's banner.  The agent can personalize their site and utilize all the resources on the broker's site.  All leads then go directly to the agent

Both. The one my company provides I hate even though they just revamped it.

I actually do provide good info on each site just differently. Some agents just have their name & that's it.
