I once was stopped for not observing the school speed limit and had a buyer in the car. At the time I passed the blinking light indicating to slow down, the light was not yet on, but it came on after I passed it. My client backed me up in saying that there was no slow down warning at the time we entered the school zone.

But I have been rear-ended twice by clients who were following me and driving too fast.

Never and I am very thankful for that. I hope my clients think I am a safe driver.

Nope.  I was once in a license check with a buyer in the car and that jackass told the officer I'd kidnapped him to be funny.  Good thing I both knew the officer and he knew I was a real estate broker.  

Buyer in a lead car, I'm following in a long line of traffic.  I get pulled out of all the cars.  I explain I was following my client.  Whatever.  Got the ticket and my buyer laughed at the explanation as to why I was late.  The cop, by the way, said the only reason he nailed me was that he recognized the magnets on my car from speeding earlier that day.  Need I even tell you the magnets were in the trash that night.

No. BUT. One time I was trying to get the right angle for a pic of a property on the highway. So I was in my truck, with the dog, in the center lane. I kept creeeeping forward . . . and then I realized Sheriff was behind me, light on, laughing. I got over and by the time he got to me, we were both laughing. You can't be in the center lane that long, apparently. 3:) No ticket.

I haven't been pulled over for speeding when I was showing houses but I was pulled over once when on our office property tour.  I didn't even get to my own listing to open it for the other agents.  How embarrassing.

Not yet, but someday it may happen, just do what i always do when stopped and move on.

Hasn't happened yet and sure hope it won't. I would be mortified! I try to be extra careful when out with buyers, whether they are in the car or following me. I have made some goofs with my GPS, however

I can honestly say this hasn't happened to me yet.  I did however get pulled over speeding one day on the way to a closing.  The officer asked where I was going so quickly and I said, to a closing.  He let me off with just a warning!

As I don't have buyers, that's not an issue.  But, yes, since I've had this business, I've gotten pulled over way too often (or parking tickets).

Pulled over, no.  But was showing a 20 acre listing of ours and when I came down the hill with the buyers there was a cop waiting on us next to our parked cars.  Apparently one of the neighbors had called.  Had to show him my ID and point out the name on the sign.  Honestly all kind of ridiculous.  We hadn't done anything to even have that level of scrutiny.  Bill

Not with clients in the car.  If so I'd remain calm, take the ticket and move on.

Thank god I have not had that happened.... 

That is what cruise control is for. I did just get surrounded while changing the locks and taking pictures of a new vacant REO listing though

Lol Tammy Lankford ! I haven't been pulled over, but I did get side swiped by a negligent third party (subsequently proven) with my buyer client in the passenger seat who was texting away when we got hit on his side. Unfortunately, and despite my protests, he told the cops that he that that I might be at fault...and then he asked to go by ambulance to be looked after even though he didn't complain of a single ache or scratch.
