Good morning Paul. I created my company in 1979, nothing  has changed in this time period. The average LO has been with the company for 14.5 years.

Three brokerages in ten years.

I was with the first two brokerages for four years each.  On the first day at the current brokerage, the broker asked me to introduce myself.  I said all of the regular stuff and then said if my work pattern continues, I'd be there for four years.

However when I received much less than half of total commission check, I decided to move on!

Been in real esate for my 18th year now and I have been with 5 different companies before my husband, and a colleague decided it was in our best interest and that of our clients to go out on our own. We have been in business for 8 years now and doing great and taking care of our clients which is why our business is growing.

Started in 1996 with Coldwell Banker Vista Realty and moved to RE/MAX of Valencia in 1999.  Been there ever since.

Paul - Three in 8 years, but only because one of my brokers closed down her business. She is now working for the same broker I am currently with.

Same office for 18 years, hung my shingle with an attorney and then went solo in '09 with HomeRome Realty.

I had a rough beginning. I've been in four offices and I'm starting my ninth year in RE. But I'm also starting my sixth year at the my current office with no plans to leave. I know a good thing when I find it. Just like AR.

I have operated my own companies under several different names over the years. I was with a RE/MAX office for about 20 years before retiring.

I have been with 5 companies in 35 years. The longest is the one I am with now which is going on 17 years.

5 in 5 years but Sothebys the last year and a half.  Was doing short sales my first year so you are looking for different infrastructure.  Then went to prudential that sold to Berkshire Hathaway.  Then tried 2 super high split brokerages and made my way back to paying a franchise fee because in San Diego the big end is brand sensitive.  U

Second in 13+ years. I was with a big box brokerage for 9 years and went out on my own over 4 years ago. Love being independent ... never looked back.

That's a great achievement.  I have been with 4 in 13 years.  One the company changed names during my time there.  

I have been with the same company for nearly 30 years, they wont let me quit.

We've been with two RE/MAX franchises in 14 years.  We left the first shortly before they merged with another RE/MAX franchise, then that one sold to a local brokerage.

10 and average 3 years is each, sometimes more, sometimes less. Longest is when we owned our company.

Two and over 20 years.

I've been in business for 25 years and I've only been with 2 Brokerages. I've been with my Brokerage for 20 years and would not consider changing.

I am on my 4th broker in 12 years

Started in the family business in 1987 and eventually bought everyone out. Just 1 and love it
