No. That will never happen. I just assisted with a deal with BOA, and some of the pages had to be filled in and signed with a pen and faxed to BOA. Emailing the forms was not allowed.

For the most part yes.  Still use paper flyers in houses (no viable way around that) and do some contracts on paper.  I find that for most people the physical act of signing a paper makes it more "real" to them.

Yes, we use Dotloop. Most clients really like it but I still have some that do not, in that case I do hard copies and scan to Dotloop. I still like keeping a hard file for my reference, retention.
