Customer centric for sure.
I focus on getting found.
Michael J. Perry
my marketing is client focused....
What is the difference?
Michael - Great question, and I am trying to be much more customer-focused.
My marketing is done to attract the public to call me.
Good morning Michael. All of marketing is the blogging that I do, along with the networking, that is pretty much it.
TeamChi - Complete Home Inspections, Inc. when you are client-focused (not customer focused), you'll automatically be client-centric!
(Relationships are with clients, we just attract customers).
Not sure I get the distinction.
Mine is mostly customer focused.
Based on the definitions in your blog post, I’m Customer-focused. I think the Centric part will take care of itself.
Honestly, I'm not sure?
Client focused ... my marketing efforts are designed to reach my idea client.
My marketing is client focused like Barbara Todaro ! She does know how to reach her target group and I've learned so much from her marketing skills and attitude!!
The customer is always right, most of the time!
Definately customer focused
See my remarks on your blog post !
I don't know. You may need to explain the difference since I haven't had enough coffee yet obviously.
