Suggest you pay a visit to MLS talk to a system person.  I made the appointment got what I need to know w/o breaking my pocket...He even tailored my search from the data the DB was setup.  Everyone else can search last 10 years.....

Jason, I seriously doubt you will find anybody here that understands the backend systems required to display IDX or MLS feeds on a web site. Look around your area for a competent web developer/programmer who works with at the minimum Ajax, Ruby, SQL, or PHP. They should be able to build you a custom interface that can pull that data direct from your MLS.

I would advise that you talk to some of the IDX developers as they are the experts about this.

Using the same terminology place a notice on LI and CL. Of course you should mention whether you are seeking a data mapping/protocol translation engine or discrete interface creation. In the latter more data would be needed regarding the host environment. With the former, you will be seeking/ paying for a universal solution.

I've looked in to several of the key players that work with Wordpress.  Not sure where my notes ended up.  Prices ranged from $25-$55 per month and some had a better backend than others.

Ended up not going forward with any provider, but Real Estate Webmasters has a Wordpress plugin that uses the same backend and email automation as their expensive sites, for $25/mo.  That is the one I would choose if I decide to go forward with an IDX (I decided it wasn't going to produce enough business value to justify the expense).

I am clueless about the technical side.  There are these kids who make it all happen for me.
