baked macaroni and cheese made with velveeta....a favorite of everyone in my family (except me!!).... boil macaroni.... melt velveeta cheese and milk...1/2 cup milk for every pound of velveeta.... then mix the velveeta cheese mixture with the cooked macaroni.... easy easy.... tastes great... cheap enough to make....

Good for your office! We just ran in the Light for Love 5K in Austin and raised over $1,500 for Ronald McDonald house! Cooking for 100 takes some preparation so making dishes need to be thought out. We have done a Mexican theme before with fajitas, rice and beans or Italian..Lasagna, sald and fresh bread. Have fun it's a good feeling to take on a project like this one.
