baked macaroni and cheese made with velveeta....a favorite of everyone in my family (except me!!).... boil macaroni.... melt velveeta cheese and milk...1/2 cup milk for every pound of velveeta.... then mix the velveeta cheese mixture with the cooked macaroni.... easy easy.... tastes great... cheap enough to make....

A lasagna comes to mind.  There are noodles that you soak in hot water, so that part of the labor is made easy.  You can use prepared sauce, sausages and cheese.  I would also do a large apple crisp.  A

I would go with a chicken / rice casserole or pasta dish such a baked ziti or lasagna. You can also serve a salad and bread with either dish.

Good for your office! We just ran in the Light for Love 5K in Austin and raised over $1,500 for Ronald McDonald house! Cooking for 100 takes some preparation so making dishes need to be thought out. We have done a Mexican theme before with fajitas, rice and beans or Italian..Lasagna, sald and fresh bread. Have fun it's a good feeling to take on a project like this one.
