Michael,
I use RPR for residential and commercial. I tend to email the pdf reports rather than print them.

I need to use it more, I have taken all the training and watched all the webinars, then I forget about it.

Michael - I haven't really started using it yet, but have done a little research on it. I think it could be useful.

I don't use it at all. Waste of time and resources. Does not provide a value add to me and who the heck is going to read an 80 page CMA? If a realtor gave me an 80 page book or PDF to read for the CMA, I'd tell them to "not let the door hit them, where the good lord split them."

I use it for listings, and to research properties. I'm signed up for their next training at NVAR because there has been some changes at RPR.

Ok, here are 3 additional ideas to ponder :
1. Take a complete Report to OPEN Houses(on the subject) and offer to email one to each attendee and on THEIR property also if they are already a homeowner !!!
2. Use RPR as your Pre-Listing Booklet on your first walk - thru (our office has a Binder Machine to make it look more Professional in presentation.
3. When Circle Prospecting around your Listings , show a copy to each door you visit and offer to Email them one on their home !!!!!!
Hope everyone is noticing that we are obtaining a lot of emails for our hungry database !!!

I must say, I haven't really used it very much. I send market data to my clients via my market snapshot account with TopProducer/Realtor.com.

I send them out to my best clients every year in January as a courtesy. We sometimes get listings.

I do not print anything unless I have to. So, I use it to email my clients or incorporate it in my presentations( Ipad).

I haven't used it yet, but am interested in seeing what people have to say about it.
