Yes. In fact we just did a mailout to my past customer database. It produces several buyers & listings a year, keeps me in front of my customers and saves me a lot of money. 

We also send out just listed and just solds.

If done right it works brilliantly...the key words are "done  right" wiht the right message and the right partner.  When mortgage folks could do that with agents, it worked beautifully, but here again, it was the right agents and the right mortgage company...Now there is a lot of RESPA stuff to deal with.

My previous office location included a farm area that contained a corporate office complex housing national brands and local high tech companies.

For those companies that did not have a relocation company, I presented to them a value package that inspired them to have there inbound employees to use me. Knowing who the HR people are is critical and understanding the parameters under which the must work is essential.

My new location does not provide such an opportunity that can be effectively supported.

I have worked with mortgage loan officers on the successful purchase of home buyer leads.

Not since I returned to residential real estate. However, I do use it for some of my others businesses.
