I have not, nor have I ever, nor do I probably intend to do so ever. Just not big on my list of priorities to thing about and don't care that much about the points. However, if someone asks me about AR I am happy to answer questions and suggest that they join.

I've invited several people this year.  One joined, but hasn't been active on the site.  

Before sending an invite, I almost always talk with the invitee about ActiveRain and explain what I like about it and ask if they'd like to join.  

I send the invite to the ones who say they're interested and with the exception of the one, none have joined.

Not this year, but it is one of my goals for next year.  I did know about the bonus points.  

Yes, I've had 3 people "join" and got some bonus pts.  2 of them only got around 2300 pts (although one of them is new...from a week or two before Thanksgiving) and one who is around 12,000 or 16,000 pts but has stopped for the moment.

YES, some have, but most do not listen to what the true benefits are for getting abd staying active.
