Roger, I've seen too many people "work" long hours when in actuality they were just stretching them out with personal stuff until their day was over. Cyber Monday? Bet millions of people are shopping from their place of work, and not working hard towards their work goal.

That sounds like an excellent plan and shows that you have systems in place and can sell, sell, sell.

I'd feel great.  Good systems and strategies can allow us to work less and accomplish more.  

I would say that is a fine plan if that gives you the life you want.

Sounds like the perfect plan, Roger.  I need to figure out a way to do this myself.

Well it is better than only reaching 50% of the goal which averages would say what would happen. Overall it is a victory. I often try to work on working less by working smarter, harder and eliminating waste but often instead of time off, i end up with more business

I would say you would have to work extra hard in half the time.  Hopefully the reduced hours makes you feel more energized when you are on the floor.

I think that most of us already get over 80% of our production out of the best 50 of the time we spend at work already.  Maybe we should just take off during that low production time.

I'd likely be upset knowing one more sofa sale might put me over my goal. Not that I'm into beating up myself but just sayin'.

Hmmm. sounds like the model suggest I can work 0% of the time and still reach 15% of my goals. 

I'll take THAT one.

So that means if you worked 100% of the time your goal would have been exceeded by 64%! I think I need to get my knees replaced!

The goal of any salesperson to work less and make the same or more!

Personally 82% would be acceptable.

I would say it is time to put your feet up and enjoy a Dewar's while contemplating how to do even better next month!
