Almost daily. I had a spin class this morning at 9:00. It's about a 700 calorie burn. The older you get the more you have to work at fitness, and it is also good for the mind and to lessen stress.

Good morning Les & Sarah Oswald. No outside gym for me, we have one set up in our home which we use 4-6 days per week.
I've just set up an exercise space in my home, so I won't have to go to the gym.
No Gym, I cut firewood for 4-5 hours each day
I hit the gym 4-6 times a week all year round. I've missed the last few days because of a wicked head cold. I don't want to sneeze on anybody!

I have had a membership to Planet Fitness for the past five years.
I brought my 16 year son with me two weeks ago so he could get his own memvership. The girl at the counter said "sir, looks like you have only been her 6 times in the last five years."
I said, "You are a liar. I have only been here twice in five years. The day I signed up and today."
So to anser your question, no.

I take one day off a week, but I always do something active from home on that day...it's never as intense as my workout at the gym....and thursday is my day off.... I meet with my trainer on friday morning....

I hit the farm! I walk out in the pasture to catch my horse and then I ride for an 1 1/2. It is awesome!
Les & Sarah,
I go during the week, never on the weekend.
I didn't and I bet it will be even more crowded on January 2.
I always go to my gym on Sunday mornings. I have my yoga classes, the teacher is really good.
Les & Sarah Oswald you mean on our work-day? (just kidding....)
I exercise at home - though I do have gym membership.
Out walking every day. I enjoy the fresh air and outdoor scenery over a gym.
I got to the gym on Saturday.
Excersize is not something I give enough attention to...
I took a long walk.
Lots of exercise everyday -- just not in the gym.

Do effort and intention count? I try and am mostly successful.
Very quiet this weekend at my end... I think lots of people were out of town.
Good Monday morning Les and Sarah. I do need to start getting involved with the gym or a personal trainer.
Les & Sarah Oswald I did not go the gym this weekend.
Not me. Getting over a bug!
I have not been there since June but I used to go on saturdays and other days as well.
I have a gym in my garage. It is much easier for me to be diligent when it's here. Plus, I can multitask. I'm on my bike right now. :D
