I get 50 or more emails a day. I use Outlook. Is there a way to send them to different folders I can view based on the folder?

Set up folders in Outlook and then go to rules and set up rules for emails to go automatically to different folders.

You can filter incoming messages to Outlook by using rules. Simply do a Google search and include your Outlook version so you can find out how to use the filtering rules.
