I am not taking business calls on Thanksgiving and hope that you are spending the time with your family.

I do not take calls on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Easter unless they are from family.

I will be working part of today and then that is it for Thursday and Friday!! My family deserves my undivided attention!

I just hung up with a client, and told them if they need me, I am only a text or call away. How I roll....

Not actively, I have monitored my phone and emails for any (true) emergency that may have occurred.

John - It depends. If it is a client in need of something, I will probably take the call and try and fix whatever is going on. If it is a potential lead/client, I would just tell them that most people are enjoying the holiday, and I will be more than happy to call them/show them homes tomorrow.

American Thanksgiving is another regular workday in Canada.  We had Thanksgiving on the second Monday in October.

It seems that a wide variety of businesses in the USA will be open on Thanksgiving in order to get a head start on Black Friday sales.

I always try to answer my calls including this Thursday & Friday.

Yes Sir I will answer my phone.  Lots of my Clients have family coming in town for the holidays.  I would love to help them.

Things with my business exploded on Monday and I'm just now getting my head above water. So what I thought might be a relaxing week, has turned out very busy, but I'm hoping to get ahead of the game tomorrow and have Thursday off. 

Nope, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. East, drink, and be merry, and no worries about whether anyone likes your gifts.

If a call comes in, I'll take it unless it is during family time.  I've yet to have a real estate call come in, but I've been on two rescues over prior thanksgivings, even helping map a lost hiker's location from 3.5 hours away in Kern County!

It's not quite Thanksgiving...thank goodness I have a bit more time to finish up.  It's rare that I get calls during this time (thank goodness), but I do have a few customers in a rush, and if they are calling to say they are ready, I will gladly answer. I have them plugged into my cell phone so I know if I should answer. But, they would call tomorrow...or else on Saturday.
