I don't have a CRM program. Past clients are in a spreadsheet for now. Looked into a couple real estate focused CRMs, but not going that route at 1k/month. Insightly is a free CRM and project management site, but a general purpose one and no known social integrations.

Currently, I don't have the level of leads to justify a fancy CRM and certainly not the prices being charged!
