I'm a strong D, followed by I. That is odd that you have seen more realtors in S. I have always read and observed that most (and most sales people) are strong I and D and low on S and C. S&C good for support roles/admin. Not sure where you are getting your data.
And, most top producers are D and I. Of course there are exceptions. I know a top KW person who is high SC, and he was told that he would fail, but he is a superstar.

We're in Sales - so we should be all 4 and be well able to apply each to any situation.

I am a very, very serious D... but I bet you had already figured that out about me, Michael.

I would say a bit of each but I am probably just a big D.

Some might say I'm a combination of Dominance - Influence - Compliance or maybe they are referring to something else. Hmm....

Oh gosh Michael, it's been years since I took that, I'd have to dig up my notes.
I know we're all four with a "High-X" being the dominant one, I believe I was High-I (influence). I'm a leader, so I can't be a high D as Leaders lead by pulling (by example) from the front, they don't push (demand) from the back. A great training I did with Sandler Sales back in 2006.

Good morning Michael. I'm not sure where I would fall, my sense is, there are times I am all of them.

I would say I fall in the category of steadiness like the tortoise when working with buyers ... Slow and steady wins the race ... Then when I am the listing agent I guess I could be a little dominant as I am always in control of the situation .

I've been told I'm an "off the chart" D. No doubt played well in my corporate career!

I would say alittle of each and depending on the situation could be high in all as well.

Mine is a combo of D and I which means instead of being a heartless bully I try to convince you that I am right. Of course I always am.
