I  have used it successfully  once for a property that was a townhouse style condo in an area of fee simple townhouses.  It was in an area and a price point where properties typically sell very quickly but because it was an area where agents would be searching fee simple, it was not getting the showings it should have.  Within a week of advertising on adwerx, we had multiple offers and two of the agents told me their clients had found the property online, they had missed it.  Since we had been on the property awhile and the buyers had been looking for awhile, I feel confident the advertising helped, although I doubt it would be effective as a lead generator. 

They were bombarding me with emails a while back.  

They said they're the most up to date, so when they sent me a congratulatory email to me about the property I'd "just listed", I advised them it had not only sold, but escrow had already closed.

It should have been embarrassing to them, but it wasn't.  They seemed really excited to have received a response.  They wrote back, blew off the comments and tried to sell me, at which point I unsubscribed. 

I had it for many months, and MANY zip codes, but I finally gave it up since I am old school I guess and I want to be able to track my ROI when it comes to advertising.

They are following me - or have retargeted me! Feels good.....though still controlling the urge to spend on it....lol.

I checked them out a few months ago.  Didn't sign a contract.  They never quit sending emails.

I considered it and now they are filling my inbox with emails about this ad and that ad they have prepared for me. And every time someone in my area signs up they have to tell me that too. Enough. Any interest I had is now gone along with their emails.

I have not used it, they are a little too agressive and I have blocked them in many channels.

We are tired of receiving their marketing emails.

Not currently using it.

My time is my most valuable resource. I don’t believe that services like Adwerx are worth my time but it may work great for others.

I've heard of it. They "spam" me regularly. But I haven't really looked into it or used it as yet.
