What is the quality of the leads?

If everyone or a lot of people subscribed to the service, how uniquely distinctive would your business be, especially if the other subscribers were in the same area?

Since this is not an exam question, I would probably need a lot of questions answered before rendering a decision.

If this was an exam, and no further info was to be forthcoming, I would go for 2.

Neither.  I think it's more time and cost-effective to learn how to prospect - something that used to be one of the more important parts of our job.  But I guess it depends on what the second option really entails.

#2 -- not sure consumers are denied much except clarity, and uncertain a 'killer app' exists for that.
#1 -- internet leads. Nuff said.

#2 is too vague. Just what are buyers and sellers denied? Or stated another way what is the service? I believe I get 3 or 4 calls for #2 everyweek. Without more data, I would have to go with #1. $1/lead is a pretty good price per lead.

Update Nov 21, 2015 8 am

So far 40 responses received.

Of those 20 indicated that from the choices offered (1 or 2) they would choose number 2.

Also 20 indicated they would have NO interest in either for a variety of reasons most often rooted in a deep distrust that a new idea can exsit.

AND, several of those who shared such sentiments of distrust are marekting consultants.

This series of question has proven to be incredibly exciting and confirmed many things but has presented a real challenge, an obstacle, that innovators must find a means to overcome.

It is my great hope that all of you will fully participate in the final question and mark your response as it applies to you.

Many thanks to each and every one of your for participating.

Best of success,
Annette
