I am currently in BOLD. There are agents that are getting great results with an auto dialer. I personally do not use one now; it is on my list of items to implement last year. It can be a very efficient tool for lead generation. Several people have been able to make at least 2 appointments within a matter of hours.

Yep, for calling strangers - we do need dialer.

And for that, I heard Vulcan 7 is good. (I don't use it, though.)
