Working with Veterans is great.  With the Kirtland AFB here we work with many.  They come and purchase then in a few years we list and they move on.

Yes I like military clients . We have a large naval base in North Chicago which has over 9,000 cadets graduating each year . 

I have not worked with many veterans but the ones I worked with were good clients.

Not only super nice, but well educated and organized.  Love them!

I find they are great clients with the exception of they generally talk louder than I am accustomed to.

I have only had two in my career.  One was a snotwad and disrespectful, the other was great and appreciative. I cut the unpleasant one loose.

50% or more of my client base are Veterans and they are like every other buyer, some are wonderful and some are very challenging.

Absolutely!  My husband is former Military as well and I enjoy working with members of armed forces.  They are always willing to listen to what needs to be done, follow the process outlined by myself/lender and transactions are smooth.

Hank Dugie I live in an area where there are a lot of active duty and retired veterans. They have always been great to work with.

 Good Friday morning Hank. I too have had the same experience. The only exception is sometimes the upper brass can be a real pain in the . . .  shoe polish!

I'll serve a client veteran even if he/she is not punctual or level headed. If they need my help and advice, my team and I are always here for them. 

Same as other borrowers.  Some have been great, others not so much.  I would say they tend to be more punctual than average, but I've worked with Vets who were dream clients, and the client I had to get out of jail for settlement was also a Vet.....so I'd say they're just like other people....lots of them are tremendous, others are not so tremendous.
