Your posts are not affected at all if you are just deleting the groups. They will still be posted on the blog roll and that is what matters. If you delete a post that is 6 months old or more, you will retain the points too.

Un- joining from the group shouldn't affect your score or anything but deleting posts that are less than 6 months old will.

NO...it won't affect your posts if you delete a group. If a post is older than six months old and you delete it, that shouldn't affect your points.
