Praful, maybe I'm just old, but Twitter doesn't do it for me.

UNLESS they are a spammer, and as long as it appears they are really active on Twitter . . . yes. Exception: local agents who I also do not permit to follow me.

Hi there. We don't follow back everyone who follows us. If they are not related to our industry, it's not really worth our follow/following count get so tilted. However if they are a big influencer and interact a lot with who they follow/who follows them, we consider it. Especially if it means a potential networking possibility.
Also, if a Realtor follows us and they are not active with followers, not do they have a lot of followers, we don't consider following them. If your timeline is just astrology updates and automatic updates from your fitness program of how much you worked out for the day, that's not really interesting to our followers. It also shows you don't interact with your audience.
Hope that helps! :)

Honestly I opened a Twitter account and that's about as far as I went with it.

Yes I have over 750 followers and I follow 2,000 people (they cut me off at that number, I do not know why.

It depends on who is following me.

NO, I don't. I am not interested in numbers of followers, and I have not seen tangible results from Twitter. A

Good morning Praful. I am relatively new to Twitter, but will be spending some additional time. Many of my posts go on to Twitter. Not sure how many followers I have.
Make it a great weekend!

Praful Thakkar - I only follow others who have similar interests (like you Praful!). I use this same process with other social media sites. Why would I want to have lots of connections or followers who have nothing in common with me or aren't interested in what I have to say? It shoud not just be a numbers game. Quality, not quantity, is what matters.

Good Saturday morning Praful. I joined twitter when it first started. I cannot recall the last time I visited Twitter.

What would be your reasons not to follow them? I have around 10k of followers and following there and those numbers are constantly increasing.

Praful - I always try to reciprocate followers, as long as I can verify they are human, and not spammers.

I go into my notifications once or twice a month and do follow people back who have followed me, unless they are obvious spammers, or these so-called social media experts who are just trying to pull in numbers and then do bulk unfollows. I would say I follow back at least 50% of the people.

I do not do much on Twitter, and this morning saw many more follow me, than I follow.

I don't use twitter that much, so no I'm not checking on this. I used to have around 2000 followers, but I'm not sure they're doing much good.

Usually unless they are a business totally unrelated to me, my interests or my industry. I don't want to see their promos.

Praful, 99% of the time I follow everyone who follows me on Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. I made a couple exceptions where the account wasn't business friendly, Mila Kafka (wannabe porn star) followed one of my accounts two days ago. She did not get a follow back.
I've found that people go through other people's follower lists and subscribe. I've gotten MANY followers from following "The Broke Agent" for example. Most are not in my area, but I don't really care where they are as long as they like/repin/favorite my posts (and some do).
Oddly enough, my twitter is mostly Realtors and service providers. My Pinterest is like twitter but with a few regular people thrown in. My Instagram is 95% bodybuilders (I follow some bodybuilders and their fans follow my account out of habit, I think).
