Clients who are taking up too much time without ever comprimising. Since I have told the clients that they need to be on the same page and until they are they can hold off on seeing more properties. They decided to use another realtor, who I heard is being close to firing them. Since that time, I have had the time to find and close 3 deals which would not have been possible working with the original clients.
