I have one of my lenders, who in the past year has probably attended, and stayed the duration at least 20 of my open houses. Pretty much any of them I host, he lets me know he wants to be there from start to finish. We work very well together, and have a great time meeting new buyers!

Good morning Sally. Great question, but the goal with with every Realtor is to work together and do everything possible to get a loan closed to get a property sold.
An effective long term follow up program for prospects provides good results for the agent and the loan officer. I prefer the loan officers who will continue to make those calls.

I know some lenders contribute to marketing cost of the real estate agent. However, best I have found is, referring each other for a lead.
I have not worked on any projects jointly.

Not really a program, but finding a lender who always comes through is a challenge!
