John, you have really hit a nerve, asking for what really bugs people! What everyone is pointing to is disrespect. One of the most astonishing things I have learned in the last few years is that to disrespect someone else, I must first lower my own self-respect enough to be disrespectful of them...and the deeper my disrespectful action toward them, the deeper my own self-disrespect first. A very sobering truth when I look at what everyone has said. Our society has almost completely abandoned (self) respect as an aspiration or (ironically) a respectable trait. It needs to shift, in the worst way. People will do what they do and it will annoy and sometimes kill deals...but don't let yourself lower your own self worth to disrespect them back. It's a downward spiral. Hold to your own truth, that you know you did nothing wrong and don't deserve the lie they are giving you. It takes courage to live like this, but I like myself better, and that turns out to be irreplaceable.

I think technology is getting in the way when we conduct business. We rely too much on smart phones, email, text. Faxes are already obsolete.
We need more person to person contact and conversations. Sometime we just need to communicate the old fashion way so words do not get miscommunicated.

I am going to put two comments: Realtors that your having a transaction with not returning calls or emails. Regarding service people: Not doing what they say they are going to do and the day they say they are going to do it on!
