I would say ceiling fans or windows, are the two most common once I see.
The refrigerator inside and they still may have magnets all over the door. Off they come for the photo shoot.
Window sills for higher windows
Ceiling fan blades. It gets dusty very quickly in our area, especially during Summer months.
The top of the refrigerator and the kitchen cabinets. And they are always slimy with grease.
I have seen many intake vents (high on the walls) that most sellers overlook, as they have to look up. Always the corners of each room.
ceiling fans. There is always a mountain of dust on the ceiling fans.
Most of the things already mentioned plus power-washing the eaves and hardscape if needed. In the tropics it often is!
Air conditioning filters.
It's not overlooked, just simply very hard and mostly unsuccessful cleaning of the shower/tub grout.
All those plastic pieces found in 20 year old houses that long ago left the white spectrum. The very, very worst is that 1978 NuTone intercom controllers.
Most of the time, windows have not been cleaned and that effort or expense makes a lot of difference.
It takes several sets of eyes to see all the dirt.
