I can't tell you what sells quickly as I'm not a realtor, but I would guess in general things that are priced to value. The median price pt is $650,000 and I believe average is $800-$850,000. I think that's for single family homes.
The price range you gave would be on the lower end in the co-opss and those do NOT sell quickly. They take a long time.
