I've been using Top Producer since I first got into the business.  I'd love to try something else, but I haven't seen a worthwhile alternative yet.

I like Buffini & Company 's ReferralMaker Pro - the best CRM for real estate and other professionals.

The one I still have is TopProducers.

Jason,

I use WISEAGENT.com as my traditional solution. Not credit card needed for trial, has the tools a conventional business needs including checklists, easy to learn, web-based up the five users included. (bilingual)

However, I would advise you to seriously analyze your business direction before you select a traditional CRM for use in your business.

The most significant cost of a CRM is the validation, setup, configuration, implementation and training. By the time those are done with those you in too deep to get out.

Now, you owe it to your business to understand why drip campaigns and emails CAN NOT WORK in tomorrows real estate environment. Tomorrow is 3 years away, but at today pace could mean 1 year.

That is why SugarCRM is my secondary CRM which will soon be the most important to my business.

I have put 8 CRM through a validation program. One, that is used by thousands of agents, for years, was graded 'too dangerous to use.'

WiseAgent was graded the highest.

Suger did not exist at the time of the validation plan.

I'm not an agent, but I've been using ActiveCampaign and I've been very happy with it.

I would have to go a long way back for that answer but I currently use Realty Juggler at $99 a year. It does everything I need. Before that Pat Zaby had an add on that made Outlook into a CRM, and since I used that as my email system it was great, but Pat went on to other tech items.

My company got us a great deal on the full version of Market Leader and I use that. It is a good tool and the support is great.

Jason Gibb Top Producer and Top Producer! One key reason - we like "Market Snapshot" ( because our clients like it).  The price of TP and MS together is the same as MS by itself if you didn't have TP - so TP is essentially "free".
