Karen, you may not know it but you are at a cross roads.

You can choose a traditional CRM like Top Producer, Constant Contact or the one I use WiseAgent. However, in three years or less, these will prove inadequate for your real needs.

My suggestion is to do a real analysis of what you want your CRM to do, If that includes emailed newsletters and drip campaigns, there are things you really need to know regarding what happens to this means of promotion.

The real cost of a CRM is the validation, configuring, setup, training and implementation. When this is done, you are in too deep to get out, and the trial period has expired. That is one reason so many use existing legacy systems....it's simply to hard to get out and restart.

You may want to spend a little time investigating the shift currently underway in the way folks/citizens find and receive information. Your new CRM needs to use those technologies. 

Such technologies are used by the big boys like SALESFORCE, but is made available at significantly lower cost through other providers.

For a Traditional, legacy type CRM, I like WiseAgent.

The BEST CRM is the one that has the features you will USE. Most have bells and whistles that are never dusted off after initial training.

I like my market leader program and find it easy to use.

I have been using ActiveCampaign.com and really like it.  It's rather inexpensive, too.

Masterkey provides to Real Estate industry Real Estate CRM and Management Software. you can also use it for trial.

I use MS Outlook.  Possibly not the best program, but at least I do not have to pay a subsription for it.
