I currently have a listing that is haunted.  Unfortunately I 've not ever been introduced to the spirit but it is documented in a few books that the Sellers make available.

I've had other homes that Buyers have asked about and were disappointed when I said no ghosts that I know of!

I've never sold a haunted house but lived in one when I was a kid. I'm sure monsters lived in the basement.

I sold a house (to friends) that was the location of a murder-suicide. The sellers disclosed before ratification and my friends were fine with it.

Hi Kimo-I used to own one! She made her presence know to many friends and guests during my 13 years living there. I told the buyers that they would have a nonpaying roomate. They are still there 12 years and counting.

Good morning Kimo. I once purchased a home that was supposed to be haunted, but never followed up on the story. It was never disclosed, but one of the neighbors told a couple of our contractors.

Aloha, Kimo --   Not yet.  California has many disclosures laws although not a formal haunted house form but there are plenty of areas where it could be revealed to a buyer.  If a seller doesn't tell a buyer you can be sure the neighbors will.

there are certain listings that one just passes on accepting....if I don't like a home, I won't list it.... I wouldn't want that home in our inventory....

A little 'sears' house in St Petersburg. So well known it was the invitation to have to spend that night.

You've got to own it. Make this a feature, part of the back story of the home. If you can get some paranormal folk to come and get a picture...that would be much better.  OWN IT!

Embelish it a bit to generate greater expectation.

When the RIGHT buyer surfaces, all the pieces will fit and this feature will have paid its way.
