Michael -- questions are good. Keep asking. I find there are many answers which leads to more questions. Keeps your mind active as long as you are moving forward.

Good for you Michael, that is the experience I'm having too. That is the path to change, more questions than answers. It would be pretty scary if I had all the answers while growing; I'd have to ask why I didn't do this sooner.
Fortunately I have a coach and some mentors to help me gather my answers and we have the Q&A in The Rain.

No, I don't really find that. But, I do like to experiment and see how/whether things will actually work.

Always! I find in anything I research, the more I learn the more I realize I don't know. I went to a training once that said there are three types of knowledge: 1) The things you know 2) The things you don't know and 3) The things you don't know that you don't know!
For me I've found that #1 drives my search for #2 and when #2 becomes #1 it opens the door to the vastness that is #3.

"Never too old to learn something new." A quote from my bride that I hear on a regular basis.

The beauty of our industry is the longer we are in the business we realize that there is alway more to learn than has already been learned. I feel that the mind of a Realtor needs to have a puzzle that needs to be solved that is new each and everyday we wake up. We are America's unsung heros as we solve problems others never knew or will find out existed. God Bless the Realtor!

Happy Sunday, Michael Thornton . And, to complicate things further, there are often more than one answer for each question. That is the path to progress... as Michael Setunsky indicated.
