Kathleen Luiten in North of Boston, MA - I see prices stabilizing. Towns I observe are Andover, North Andover, North Reading. However, I still see the rush in towns like Westford, Wilmington and Burlington.

Now if you want the numbers YOY, then all of them are up significantly - from 10% to 25% compared to last year.

The conditions vary in the many jurisdictions in the DC Metro Market. Home prices are rising more slowly in our own neighborhood but the inventory is limited.

Continuting to trend upwards, as it has for many years, in the GTA.

Good morning Kathleen. It depends on who you ask, it seems everyone has a different answer, but for the most part it is up.

Elkhart Indiana..Single family home are trending up, but not quite back to 2006 figures.

Overal in Clarksville TN the prices are moving up slightly about 2-3 % this year. 

I'm in Western Colorado and specificially Delta County. Our prices are trending upwards. 

Flat, has been for more than 2 years.  we see little spikes, then little dips.

Stable for right now.

we are still trending upward in southern MA area.... but it's a slow pace... we have a great shortage of listings....

In Southern California, home prices are up from a year ago. However, prices have been slipping since August of this year.

Prices keep rising in our area.  Affordability has become an issue and those that have been looking for a long time have seen their opportunities diminish every month.  Many still think waiting is a wise thing, wrong!

In the Washington, DC metro area, the prices are trending up, but they are trending way up in the District itself.  

Up 5 % from last year in So CA. No bidding wars but steady movement of product

I believe here in Westchester County (just outside NYC) it has been trending upward, but somewhat slowly.  Many of the areas "closer" to the City have been rising faster.  "Closer" means upper income towns that are in lower part of county which is closer to NYC.  (there are some lower end places that are closer to the Bronx not doing as well.

We generally follow the trends in NYC...just w/ a lag of 1-2 yrs, so given that NYC has done well and picked up much sooner, it starts to spread here.  The further you get away from the City, the slower the upward trend has been.

2015 has seen positive year over year growth each month with gains ranging from 5.1% to 30.4% through August. The average is running at 17.6% to date in the vicinities of Northern Palm Beach County & Southern Martin County Florida.  

Charlotte, NC area homes have been trending upwards month after month for several years now.

Up in Macomb and Oakland county MI

Yes, but it does depend on the price range as to how much.

For must they are continuing to rise, the market in the luxury market has softened though, signs of the shift coming.
