Supra with the location where the lockbox may be found.

Winston Heverly as much as I like to have electronic supra lock box, it depends on the listing agent - who may want to invest in technology and security, instead of using the supra lock boxes with dial pad or combination - just my two cents.

Supra, I'd say 97% of the homes in our market use them so it is just the easiest once you get the hang of it.

In todays market its all about now so Subra or iBox and vacant property

Electronic. It is a waste of  my time to call to show.

Kauai hasn't gone with Supras yet. Depending on the property (vacant or occupied, special conditions, etc.) I prefer lockbox code given out by listing agent upon request or listing agent present at showings.

"Supra, vacant, go direct" is like the listing agent telling me they love me.  Second best is combo box with the combo in the agent remarks, or a VERY responsive person at the other end of a text number.

Doesn't matter to me, just as long as we can get into the property fairly easily.

I prefer clear showing instructions that I can get quickly.  Electronic lock boxes are not used in my area.

I prefer Supra lockboxes

I like using an electronic lockbox without having to give a day's advanced notice.

Each have their benefit and drawback the perfect one doesn't exist yet but it would be a combo for the time being.

I prefer an electronic box such as a Supra.
