We look at 'business strategy' though an annual and long range 'macro analysis' and we also look at it from a quarterly/monthly 'micro analysis'. 

The end of every month is a good time to assess recent strategies and to make needed adjustments.

We should review more often than we do.

I'm on the internet constantly throughout the day on sites like Activerain, Facebook, Google and other informational sites.  I am always looking for the next best thing and will change in a heartbeat if there is something that hits me right.  I've tried many things and paid much money looking for that next best thing.  Paying is the least productive over the years.

At minimum each quarter, but I am watching my production and pipeline contstantly....the year flies by and with a 45-60 likely closing timeframe, we really have about a 9 month year to work with.

Good morning Chris. I adjust all the time, never any particular time. As I sense changes in the market and even in anticipation of coming changes, I will make adjustments.

 Good Saturday morning Chris. I do review my business plan every 30 days. I make adjustments accordingly.

I have an annual goal that I review monthly and make changes as needed.

We are in QuickBooks every dat and that will keep you focused especially since expenses are more constant than revenues.
