We were only allowed esignatures up here as of July 1 for our offers.    I still send the docs by email and the client has the option of printing or signing online.  As long as it gets back to me, I don't care which they choose, LOL

I have been using DocuSign pretty much from the beginning of their existance.  I just never liked the way contract looked after it was faxed couple of times

It depends.  I still prefer in person meetings to review and sign documents especially with first time buyers and first time sellers.   I like that face-to-face interaction.

When I am using another method -- my preferred choice is DocuSign.

Robert - I used to always meet them somewhere and go over the paperwork. That way if they have any questions I am there to explain things.

Lately I have been using DocuSign, but I am always afraid my clients have no idea what they are signing.

We use DocuSign for non-first time home buyers. I prefer to have wet ink on first timers as I can explain to them what the agreement is saying to them.

I'm not sure if there are any brokerages or market centers in the United States that still use fax machines. We use a combination of dotloop and docusign. I prefer dotloop because it is share with anyone at my market center simply by adding their email address as a member of any transaction.

I did actually have a client who we signed up a few days ago and it was the hard copy paper and ink pen.
