I was exhausted from a 12 hour showing appointment yesterday. But I started the day with making sure the agent got the offer I sent at 11 p.m. last night. Then I got busy getting my pre-approval from the lender for said client so I'll have it in hand as soon as the agents asks (if he does) and I listened carefully for clues as to where he though this seller might go in price.
