Are they are BPO company? When I was doing BPOs I didn't get paid by several of the companies.

I just got a check from them. Also an email tonight. They are asking everyone to update payment information on the website. I will be signing up for direct deposit tomorrow. Maybe some internal changes are causing you to have a delay. They are also requiring everyone to change their password again the next time you login.
