No - I've noticed these are geographic. Our area does not use them.

I don't do this anymore. I feel it's just a waste of time, paper and ink.

I used to do this about 10 years ago but I now have a TEXT Rider which takes them directly to a vtour and Floor Plan. I use it with all my online ads too. Qcodes were a fad that caught on in Asia but not so much here in Canada.
This is an example of what I do now to great success. It also captures the number:

I don't use flyers any longer. So many people today use mobile apps to get house information. I encourage my buyers and sellers to use my mobile app as well. Also I have had some success with a sign riders with an 800 number to call for information. I think most people today are going "tech" with a mobile app.

I stopped. I prefer to have people call me off my signs. Rarely got a call from flyers and decided to stop killing trees. Plus I have VoicePad service they can call for information.

In our market, many of the sign posts have flyer boxes when the sign can be reached from the sidewalk or public area. I like to see brochures in the house.

Good morning Debbie. We have flyers available in front of every home we flip. Every once in a while we hit pay dirt.
Make it a great week!

Good Monday morning Debbie. For the most part, I see flyer boxes with brochures attached.

I leave fliers for about 1 month. Too many calls from curios people who just asking what is for sale and how much it costs. They do not want anything else, just that.

Haven't done that in years. We have probably 15 of them, collecting dust.

No - I prefer that me or my team answer a call and talk to the person asking questions about the listing so we can really "sell" it to them. ;)

No, I think this was a great idea pre-internet, now it is easier to google the address or agent from the smart phone than to get out to pick up a brochure.

No not any more. I get sign calls instead and do not have to service empty boxes every day or two anymore.

we have a brochure box in front of every subdivision and attached to the subdivision sign.... we have brochures in a stand in each resale listing....no flyers.... 4 page brochures for resales and larger for new construction....

I used to, but it was difficult to keep them fresh - they needed to be laminated to remain attractive.

When I was an active agent, I used them... and put a list of my other listings on the back side.

Yes, I do use flyer boxes on certain properties. I find they work well especially with the neighbors.

In the past I used them religiously. Many buyers felt that it was a tangible 'proof of effort'. What I discovered was that often neighbors would empty the flyer boxes for various reasons.
I think there are better ways to get info to buyers now.
