My buyers have not asked for anything however, as a buyer myself i have asked for the golf cart (it was just sitting in the garage and the seller was the son 1,200 miles away) , new golf clubs(the seller owned a golf club manufacturing business and the garage was full of new bags of clubs) and the concrete pineapples. I got the pineapples.

Not so unusual, but uncommon, the buyer requested the seller only remove their personal items and leave EVERYTHING else...meaning EVERYTHING.
It worked perfectly since the seller was moving to Rochester NY and buyer was moving from Toronto. What they both possessed simply made no sense where they were going.
The most unusual was the buyer wanted to make sure the palms in the 500lb planters surrounding the back patio would stay in place. Their removal would have destroyed the appeal.
A seller wanted to secure a promise from the buyer they would preserve the totems hand crafted by an uncle.

One asked for the sellers' dog. And, you know that wasn't going to happen.

I had a buyer of a vacation home who not only wanted all of the furnishings, utensils and cookware but also all of the canned goods in the kitchen pantry!

The buyer asked for the disco ball that was hanging in the garage. It had been specifically excluded in the listing, but the sellers let the buyer have it.
