Gasoline works well, as do most of your liquid soaps as long as you put them on and work them in before getting the skin wet.

good old fashioned calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream.  Benadryl to take away the itch too!

I'm trying to think of the member that did a great blog post on this topic just a few weeks ago. Maybe trying searching poison oak or ivy and see if something comes up. I'm sure there's probably a youtube video on what to do as well. 

air dry as much as possible.  I had poison sumac a few years back and it is miserable.  I asked my local landscaper what he uses (since we have poison sumac, ivy and oak in the area) and he recommended something that was at the local Walgreens.  I think it was oddly called snake soap or snake oil.  Rub all over skin.  When itching is bad, you use cold compresses (use papertowels, so you can throw it out).  Good luck!

I know what you mean because I have become very susceptible to poison sumac. I use alcohol and calamine to dry it up and keep from scratching and spreading.

I can tell you what someone once told me, but I do not recommend it.  He was cutting down some trees for me and got into poison ivy.  He said his treatment was to scratch it until in bleeds and then pour gasoline on it.  DONT TRY THIS AT HOME.

Technu worked for me, as did the Benadryl.  We even hired someone to pluck it all out in one area of our property.  It came back with a vengeance.  I just stayed away...Ron was fine around it.  A

Calamine lotion, or in some cases, just mixing some baking soda with water to make a paste, rub it on and let it dry.

stay out of the woods....only walk through plush, green grass....

Castle soap is strong enough to get rid of the pus/oil and easier on the skin than most.
