I do some general tracking of buyers that don't find a fit. It's usually a matter of wanting what they can't afford.

Almost all my buyers end up buying. I make sure they know what they want and are pre-approved by my lender. I found that anyone willing to go through a pre-approval is a pretty serious buyer.
